Courier deliveries are sent out on a next-day service, and will usually require a signature upon delivery. By purchasing you are accepting that all information including telephone numbers, addresses and names are correct on your account, and that we can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a transaction if you request shipping to Zones C, D or E as specified here, or if we cannot complete your sale in a reasonable length of time. In all instances we will contact you before taking any action.

If an item is returned to us undelivered we cannot take responsibility for the return postage costs, and will give you the option of a redelivery at your cost or refund of the item price and transaction cancellation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must still be sealed in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Also note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5. You must contact us for a return authorisation before returning the goods. Any goods returned without authorisation will not be recorded and may not be refunded or replaced.
