All our goods are in a clear cover, and brand new. There is a label attached stating - Please check before opening your Tiara. Once opened cannot be returned due to hygiene. This is because we want our customers to have brand new items and unworn. Goods worn cannot be resold.

* Contact us via email justinesmith35@hotmail.com and i will give you a returns number.
* If the item is defective, contact us within 14 days and we will replace defective items with same item and no refund will be issued.
* If the returned item is not faulty, the shipping and handling fees are not refundable and that any posting charge for sending back by you will not be refunded.
* Please allow 14 working days for us to process your return.
* If items are not returned within 14 days of receipt or receive in resalable condition the item will be posted back and contract canceled.
