Bridal Wreath-Spirea-White flowers dance with the wind!

Wonderful shrub/bush.  The beautiful little bunches of white flowers dance in the wind on arched branches and look like the perfect wedding design.  It is a form of Spirea and will reach about 36" tall and will form a large clump from underground roots.

Any designated shipping cost or if it is shown to be free shipping will refer to US Domestic rates for Continental US shipping only. Other rates will be calculated by zip code. All International and other addresses will be calculated when sold or email me for rates prior to bidding. Any highly breakable item must be insured by the buyer or I cannot be responsible for breakage in shipment.  All jewelry shipments that are valued at $50.00 or more must be insured and over $100.00 may require a signature upon delivery.

Plants may be shipped US Priority Mail, bulb/rhizomes/corms, plants or roots may also be shipped first class.

If you receive an auction and are not happy with it for any reason please contact us so that we can work with you to clear up the problem.  PLEASE do not leave us Negative or Neutral feedback.  There are no problems out there that we cannot work out.  Ebay considers Neutral feedback as bad as Negative feedback.  We want to earn your business and have you as loyal customer. 

             RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund policy is as follows for a single item.  If you receive an item that is not as it was stated/described in the auction information please contact us with the problem and we will work with you to resolve the issue, if you need to return the item(s) we will let you know. We will issue you a refund or a replacement for the item if you contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your auction win.  Please read the auction description carefully as we will note within the descriptions any chips, scratches or other information that would be important to a collector.    If we do not hear from you within the 48 hours that there was a problem with your product we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.  We will however, offer you a Store Credit if we deem that the item(s) had/have the problem that we did not mention in the original item description.

Our Return and Refund policy for lots or multiple item auctions will be as follows.  If there is an item that you receive from a multiple item or lot auction that is not as stated/described in the auction information please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with the item information and the problem with the item and we will adjust the amount for each item equally to determine the amount to refund or replacement.  If we do not hear from you within the 48 hours we will only be able to issue store credit for the item.

Ebay now requires that a handling time be designated and we have designated 20 days for this requirement but our normal handling time will be 1 to 5 days.
