Ordering Goods

All orders placed through our EBAY shop will be subject to our acceptance of the order. When you submit an order to us on our shop you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order.  You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us.  Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery. We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range. If an item is out of stock it will be labelled out of stock on the KRESHAY SMALL HOME APPLIANCES EBAY SHOP. 

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

Standard Delivery charge is £5.25. Delivery is normally done between 3 and 5 working days.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or accept liability for deliveries made outside the timescales stated i.e.  3 to 5 working days. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All items are subject to stock availability.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

Please note that if you wish to return goods under our Approval guarantee, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. 

If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

This paragraph shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from any products sold being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the items.

 

Privacy Policy
We do not hold any information about our customers other than the basic details supplied when placing an order. These details simply enable us to process your order and are never passed on to third parties other than for payment card authorization and providing offers on our products on a regular basis once registered with us.

Guarantees
All products are fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee, details of which are included with each item.
However, our extended guarantee policy increases the same cover for all sewing machines and over lockers.
At the time of placing the order, we ask each customer to retain your receipt (which will state the period of cover) and also the packaging. 

Cancellation & Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:

• The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

• You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).

• You pay the return delivery charges.

• Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days. 

Back Orders
In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone and / or email to explain when delivery is to be expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible.

All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch (excludes local authority purchases, etc).

You may return any purchase from us within 7 days of delivery for a refund as long as the item is in the same condition as delivered 'new condition' with all the original packaging.If you decide to return the item because you have changed your mind, we will be able to collect the item from you but the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.Any products you decide to return must be unused in their original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase - receipt confirming your purchase.
