Delivery (we post FAST)

Once the payment has been received and cleared successfully, your item will be dispatched ASAP. Small items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and big items are sent with one of our couriers.

In most cases, if your order was placed before 12pm your product(s) will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed at the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next working day.

We can not be held responsible for any delays in transit.

Return Policy:

Item must be returned within: 14 Days of receipt

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days by email, we accept returns within 14 calendar days. A refund will be offered excluding postage. Please include all original packaging and accessories. Damages resulting from improperly packed return item or due to misuse will not be accepted. Missing accessories will be chargeable.

For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If an item is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery (from the time you received the product) to arrange a replacement or refund. You must forward image(s) and details of the damaged product via email to: sales@attaboyleisure.com

We will assess the images you provide. Once we have accepted the product as damaged goods we will begin the process of replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
