- These Brazilian Slate Tiles are premium quality & should not be confused with Lower Quality Chinese or Indian Slates
- They are classed as a non-slip material
- Brazilian Slate is an extremely hard & dense material
- Has greater resistance to chipping, cracking and abrasion
- It has outstanding insulation from both heat & cold
- Is also a fireproof building material
- Creates an Impermeable barrier to water in a shower room or bathroom
- Of all slates it is the easiest to clean, keep clean, repel dirt & is virtually stain proof once sealed
- Has super resistance to pollutants & acids (i.e. wine, orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, tea stains, coffee stains)
- Grout joints can be kept to a minimum (3mm) due to it's exceptional sizing
- Once sealed you can forget about it for the next 8-10 years it is so hard & resistant

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us & we will arrange to have the goods collected. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, you have 14 days to return any items in there original packaging from the time you received your order, shipping and packing costs are your responsibility, the goods are also your responsibility until we receive them back in our warehouse. We will upon return of the goods inspect all products & then refund the original cost of the products, minus a 20% re-stocking fee. (Excluding the original shipping & collection charges).

Shipping & Your Delivery
The delivery charge quoted above is for a 2 - 3 day Economy Service (Mon - Fri), once we have received your payment. Most deliveries are made by a large rigid lorry (usually the size of an large Argos lorry), it will have a tailift & pump truck to place your goods as close to your property as conveniently possible. The delivery is classed as KERBSIDE ONLY so we recommend that you have a strong gentleman around on the day of delivery as the driver is only obliged to deliver the pallet to the Kerbside, if you have a man or two around then it can be placed as close as possible to your property.
*PLEASE NOTE*
We can not deliver goods on to gravel drives or muddy uneven ground as the pallet truck will not travel along this surface, so the pallet will then have to be left by the kerbside or on the pavement
Please check the Pallet for signs of damage as we cannot accept claims for broken or damaged goods if the delivery note is signed clear, you must sign for the pallet as DAMAGED.
