We keep records of all serial numbers and id for all items including phones, consoles etc. In the event you must return an item to us we will varify that it is the one we sent. There are too many scammers out there trying to con ebayers by sending their faulty items back in replacement of the goods they received.
Payment must be within 7 Days of purchase unless additional time has been agreed, if no payment has been received during this 7 days, eBay will be notified and unpaid item reminders and strikes will be issued.
Shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK only, this does not include the scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. All these areas and all other areas outside the UK are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these areas. All shipping costs include insurance up to the value of the goods. Any shipping discrepancies must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide a telephone number for all items as the couriers will require this before delivering the item. We aim to ship all items within 2 working days of cleared payment, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances it may be slightly longer. If you have any reason to suspect the item may have been damaged in transit please sign for it as unchecked. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
In the unlikely event that an item is received as faulty or develops a fault please contact us on the details above. Any items supplied with a manufacturers warranty will be covered by the manufacturer in the event of any faults developing. Any faulty / incorrectly described items that do require return will require an RMA number supplied upon request. Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused. Any faulty / incorrectly advertised items will be replaced / repaired or refunded upon receipt. We will only reimberse returns if they item is faulty or incorrectly advertised. Any returned items that do not have a fault or were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 35% admin and restocking fee (or a minimum of £5.00, whichever is greater), shipping costs will also not be refunded.
