It is very important that you send your instructions to personalise WITH your payment. If paying by paypal there is a message box upon paying where you can leave us your instructions. Alternatively you can send us your personalise instructions by email VIA EBAY. Please DO NOT send us personalise details direct to our email address as these are easily missed or on rare occasions not received.
If for some reason you did not send us your personalise details with your payment, you must send us your instructions by email via eBay WITHIN AN HOUR OF PAYMENT. Any amount of time after this will possibly be too late. We are sorry but we cannot offer replacements for non personalization if the above is not adhered to.
If no message has been received the item will be sent as the picture ONLY
