If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to see if the problem can be resolved to everyones satisfaction. I'm always committed to solving any issues you may have encountered. Returns must be made within seven days of the date of purchase, in its original condition and packaging. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable. Please note that standard Royal Mail postal and delivery services are used, and no responsibility will be accepted for any items lost in transit. I always retain a Certificate of Posting for each item mailed. Postal insurance is available upon request - it is a recommended option as no refund is offered for goods lost or broken in the post.
