This is a very nice and collectable brass Miners Lamp in brand new and never used.

The brass plate is marked "British Coal Mining Company Wales U.K. The Vale Colliery Name and Number Aberaman Colliery Serial No 

Height is 9" and its quite heavy at 1122 g. It comes with instructions for use.

Please note that this is a high quality reproduction lamp and is designed to be used in ordinary home conditions only. It has not  got the necessary filters included to work in a mining environment.it can be lit with paraffin or a good lamp oil.

This lamp is stamped  made in wales and not imported like some on ebay.

MADE IN WALES AND SENT AROUND THE WORLD .
