The Max 4 is a 4WD high powered electric racing buggy. Not to be confused with toy radio controlled cars, these are the real deal. With a powerful 540 motor, bevel differentials and an electric speed controller the model is rocketed to speeds of up to 60 km/h. Fully installed RC equipment, 7.2V battery pack with charger and a mini tool kit with a few of the most popular spare parts are all included. The standard Max 4 comes with an all in one receiver and speed controller but we have upgraded all our stock with separate units that are better quality and make the buggy faster.

| Yes - We stock spares for the radio controlled models which are all available online from our site. We do not sell parts for the toy models such as the tanks. |

| Why have you not replied to my emails? |
| We always reply to emails within 24 hours Mon - Fri. If you do not get a reply it means there is a problem with your or our email so you can simply phone us instead on 01625 610031. |
| How do I choose the body shell colour / type? |
| If the product description says their is a choice of colours etc just write your choice in the comments section when making payment. |
| Can I add products or accessories to the order so they can be posted together? |
| Yes, if you wanted to add something please contact us by email or phone before ordering. |
| Do I have to pay any hidden charges? |
| There are no other charges. The auction price plus p&p is the price you will pay. Unlike a lot of other sellers we do not charge extra for paying by credit card. All the prices include VAT. |

| Unless otherwise stated in the main description then the model is fully built. |
| What else will I need to use and run the model? |
| At the end of the product description above it will list any other items you need to use the model such as batteries etc. |
| What fuel do the nitro models run on? |
| The nitro models run on model glow fuel. This is sold in model shops, some Halfords stores or Nitrotek sell it for £12.98 for a 2.27L bottle of Quickfire 16%. A 2.27L bottle of fuel will allow you to fill up a normal sized fuel tank 30 times. |

30 Day money back guarantee! - All our items are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return to us in an as sold state within 30 days for a refund (except for the postage costs which are non refundable). Items must be returned completely unused and in the original packaging. If an item is used it can not be returned for a refund but will still be covered by our 90 day repair warranty as explained below. |
By purchasing from this auction you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We respectfully ask that you do not purchase if you do not agree to these terms:
1. Postage costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. All transportation charges relating to the return of goods will be borne to the buyer.
2. Very important - The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems caused by missuse or lack of experience. Some of our items are advanced models and we can not be held responsible for damage caused by inexperience.
3 . If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us before returning for details. On advanced models if your model has been used only the faulty component may be returned which must be first removed from your model.
4 . Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operate in, breakages can occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a repair guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be retuned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid in which case it will be repaired and sent back to you. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair. All warranty claims decisions are final.
6. We are not responsible for any consequential damage or costs.
7. Any item that is returned to us and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee and you will also need to pay the return postage.
8. If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of making your payment you must let us know immediately. If we are not informed within 15 days that your item has not arrived we may not be able to make a claim with the courier and send you a new item. If your item is lost by the courier there may be a short delay before we can send out another item while the couriers do a trace of the item.

Please see the very top of this page for the postage cost on this item. The lower figure is for mainland UK delivery and the more expensive figure if for European delivery. If you are not in mainland UK (for example Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands) please contact us before ordering to make sure there is no additional postage charges.
If you purchase two or more items we can combine the postage so you only pay one lot so whether you buy one or five items the postage will be the same.
Large items will be sent the same day Mon - Fri by NEP next working day courier if ordered before 2pm. After trying many different couriers we have found NEP are the best and most reliable.
Small items are still sent the same day if ordered before 2pm but by Royal Mail 1st class recorded post.
Please note Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery will usually be between 9am and 5.30pm (I'm afraid we can not give an actual time). We can offer a Saturday delivery service but it is an extra £15 on top of the standard postage. If you want to order with Saturday delivery please phone us as this can not be done by email.
If nobody is in they will try again the next day and if nobody is in again they will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel from your local depot. |

We buy in massive quantities and for a lot of the items we sell we are the official exclusive UK importers of that item. We can therefore guarantee the lowest prices. If you see the same model or model with the same spec been sold for less than our price we will beat this price by £5! In order to qualify the price that we beat must be from a UK seller who is selling items from stock in the UK. Any additional postage charges or other charges must be taken into account. If the price is from an auction then the auction must be a multiple item buy it now auction and the seller must have a feedback of at least 20. If from a website then the site must be reputable and not one that someone has just put together in order to claim on our price promise!
