Payment

We accept Pay Pal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank transfers and Cash on Collection.

Please contact us if you would like to pay via Bank Transfer and I will supply our bank details.

By placing a bid or clicking Buy It Now you are entering into a legal contract. A non-payment strike will be issued if payment is not received within 7days. Please contact me if there are any problems paying.

Shipping Information and costs

The delivery costs specified are for mainland UK only. Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non-mainland Britain. If you wish to bid/buy on an item to be delivered to these areas, please contact us before placing a bid.

Post codes are;

AB, DD, FK19-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

For non-UK customers please contact me before placing a bid/buying for a quotation.

Delivery

Information

Goods will be despatched within 5 working days once payment has cleared.  Please note cheques can take up to 10 days to clear – this is the same for e-cheques. 

MISSED DELIVERIES:

Please note that if you are not in to receive your parcel our couriers may leave you a calling card - please ring the number on the card to arrange redelivery/collection as soon as possible to stop the item being returned to us. Our couriers do not always leave calling card especially if access is restricted i.e. flats. If you think you may have missed your delivery or have not received your item within 7 working days please contact me and I will chase your delivery for you.

Returns

VAT

Returns accepted but we must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return this item, and then you have a further 7 days to return the item to me at your own cost.

If item is faulty/damaged then I will refund the item cost and original P&P (providing it is proved to be faulty/damaged when I receive it back and must be in the condition I sent it/you received it - i.e. it must only have the fault or damage that you have informed me about). All parcels must be returned with their original packaging with all parts and accessories.

If you simply change your mind about the item the goods must be returned in brand new re-sellable condition AND original packaging with all parts and accessories. If I have to arrange collection of unwanted goods then this will incur a charge of £15.

 All prices are inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice can be provided upon request.
