We warrant all products to be sold free from defects in material or workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any labor costs for removal, installation or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages.

No returns accepted after 7 working days of receipt of the item. We cannot be held resposible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.
Any items that have been fitted can not be returned unless for authorized warranty replacement.
Goods returned must be accompanied with original packing and labelling and in perfect (unused and saleable) condition.
In case of a problem with the post, Royalmail consider items as lost only 15 days after the expected delivery date for first class post, 10 days for special delivery items and 21 days International items. We can only act on your behalf to recover the loss of the value for items lost in the post after the appropriate time for the service used. We strongly recommend customers to pay for Special Next Day Delivery on the checkout page if they need the item urgent and want a full insurance cover on their item. Please also note that only with special delivery your item can be insured for full value of the goods, Items senst by first class or first class recorded can be insured upto £34.00.
Feel free to let us know that your item was delayed as sometimes postmen forget to leave a “failed delivery attempt” card and this can be seen on royalmail website if the appropriate service chosen when the payment was done.
We will send a replacement or fully refund on return of the goods that have a manufacturing defect or have been wrongly dispatched by us. Refunds will be completed within reasonable period of time but no more than 30 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.
You are responsible for suitable packaging and costs covering carriage and insurance for items being returned.
