Warranty & Policy for Returned Goods & Feedback:

• Please be careful to click Buy It Now only once per order, and remember to ?check-out? for all orders, so it is more efficient to process your order.

• Once you click Buy It Now, please understand that you are entering into a contract and are obligated to pay.  We do not have the ability to cancel transactions or void sales once Buy It Now is clicked. In the case where a refund must be given for our error or any other reason, we can mutually cancel the transaction through the eBay unpaid item dispute process.

• If an item does not arrive in the time period provided above please contact us.

• Any item that arrives in a damaged or opened carton must be reported to us within 24 hours.

• Any item that arrives defective must be reported to us within 72 hours.

• Any shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours when you received the item.

• If there is no any query on  item after 7 days of receipt from us, which is considered to be all sales final.

• Each manufacturer carries a warranty on their products.  Items must be returned to them for warranty repair or replacement.

• Items over the warranty period cannot be returned to either us or the manufacturer.

• All non-defective returns are either given a full store credit (less S&H) or a refund less re-stocking fee(s) of up to 15%.

• Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.

• Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct address.

• Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again.   NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Seller will have no responsibility for any items which have been delivered on transit for lost / damaged, if item paid without insurance. 

• No matter for whatever reasons the item is lost in transit or damaged in transit, the buyer will need to pay a Shipping & Handling Fee again for re-shipping the item (with an exception that the seller has written the buyer's address in era).  So, please make sure your address is always be up-dated.

• We appreciate fast payment and will provide positive feedback within 14 days of receipt of the item.

• Any item not paid for will be handled by the Ebay's Unpaid Item Procedures.
