We guarantee to beat any quotes available on line or showroom quotes (must be written by authorized supplier). As you would have done your research, our prices cannot be beaten. Strong supplier links mean that low stock is never a problem.

Our Aim

Our dedicated after sales team will guide you through any problems or queries that you may have.  We are currently only available via email but developing to provide a customer service executive during business hours.

Product Details and Specifications

We work with you to answer any product related query or solve any problem you may have. All Hudson Reed and Home of Ultra products come with a Std. 10 years manufacturer's guarantee.

Payment

We prefer Pay Pal payments as they are secure and fast. The other options however are cheque, credit/debit cards, postal orders, banker’s draft, bank transfer. If you wish to exercise any other option, please get in touch with us. Note:- American Express cards not accepted.

Delivery Charges

We have  a national distribution service and can supply anywhere in the UK.  These services operate on a 48 hour basis from payment clearance. We cannot however guarantee that you will receive it within 48 hours due to delays beyond our control i.e. via the courier company, wars, riots, floods and factors unforeseen. Please do not book your plumber/fitter until you have received the goods in satisfactory conditions.

Collection

Please Note that due to work load and reduced prices we offer via eBay, we cannot offer COLLECTIONS in any circumstances whatsoever.

Terms/ Returns/ Refunds / Faulty Items

All faults must be reported within 1 day of receipt and item should be returned within 7 days. Warranties are return to base. If you fail to comply with the terms, warranty will be void. Therefore it is advised that goods are inspected upon receipt ASAP. Once we have received your faulty product, it will go through investigation at our end and replacements /refunds will only be issued after concluding your particular case. Postage costs will not be borne by us for returning the item. Email us for return address, should you need to.
