It is the policy of Keep_Driving to accept returns where purchases, bought in good faith have proved not fit for the purpose for which they were intended either through unacceptable quality, reliability or durability. Any liability for any accident or injury incurring as a result of faulty, damaged or sub-standard goods will always be with the manufacturer and full details of these will be issued by Keep_Driving if required.Keep_Driving always supplies items in good faith, quality assured at source, based on the manufacturers own quality standards and internal manufacturing processes.When goods have been returned and after satisfactory examination and fault agreed by the manufacturer then a full refund will be made to cover the cost of such items.Refunds will not be made for postage costs incurred either as a result of the initial purchase or thereafter if the goods have been returned at the expense of the buyer.Proof of postage is always kept as part of the postal service offered by Keep_Driving and whilst every effort will be made by Keep_Driving in order to assist in locating lost goods Keep_Driving will not make any refunds for goods which have been posted and for which proof of postage is available.Copies of proof of postage will be supplied if required to a buyer.Keep_Driving will always offer recorded 1st Class postage in the UK as a standard alternative to ordinary 1st Class – if this isn’t shown in the item description please ask. |
