When will I receive my order?

• Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We will make every effort to despatch goods on time, but due to circumstances beyond our control we can not guarantee next day delivery although this is our aim.

• We despatch most orders the same day they are placed (providing we have stock), however orders placed after 3:00 PM may not be despatched until the next business day.

• Orders placed outside our normal working hours will not be despatched until the next business day, for example an order placed on Friday evening will not be despatched until Monday.

• With the exception of a Saturday delivery service (£25.99), deliveries are not normally made over the weekend. Orders despatched on a Friday will normally be delivered on a Monday (excluding public holidays).

• All delivery times are calculated from the day we despatch your order and not the day the order is placed.

• To ensure maximum availability of stock some products may ship via our EDI enabled supply chain. This means that orders for multiple items may ship from different warehouses and be delivered under separate consignments.
