Delivery & Postage

All items will be posted within 5 working days of item purchase and receipt of payment.

Your item/ parcel will be delivered to you by Royal mail. (Please be aware of postage strikes and allow extra time for delivery during these times)

At the time of delivery if you are not in to receive your parcel a card will be left by the postman courier to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

We retain proof of postage for each item we send out.

Our returns policy consists of the following – Please inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt;

Items must be in the same undamaged, unopened condition as it was originally dispatched.

Returned items postage costs will be covered by the buyer and all refunds will be less paypal fees.

We will only ship items in perfect condition and this is double checked when we package the item.
