WARRANTY

REFURBISHED/SECOND USER COMPUTER EQUIPENT
30-Day return to base Warranty for refurbished IT equipment less than 3 years of age.
7-Day return to base Warranty for refurbished IT equipment over 3 years of age.
Faulty or untested IT equipment is sold as is - no warranty included.

RETURNS POLICY
7 day refund policy if you are not happy with the product.
Refund less p&p and eBay listing fees.

UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM
All our items are professionally packaged, however, sometimes damage may occur during transit.
Before signing the drivers form please check the item for any sign of damage.
Delete the words 'received in good condition' (underneath your signature).
This is to cover yourselves/ourselves....
If damage is found on opening, couriers will reject any claims that have been signed as received in good condition.

Please contact us within 5 days at the end of the auction and organise payment.
