If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase because the item is faulty or clearly misdescribed*, you are entitled to a full refund including original p&p charges paid and your return postage. Refunds will be paid via Paypal or the same method as the original payment within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason (for example - that it doesn't fit or you don't like the colour), the price paid for the item only will be refunded upon receipt, so long as the item is as sold condition, in its original packaging with any tags still attached and clearly unused.
For hygiene reasons, I regret that I am unable to offer refunds on underwear, footwear, swimwear, earrings for pierced ears or body jewellery.
