You are looking at a Brand New Canon EF Fit LensBaby Original Selective Focus lens system.

The LensBaby allows you to selectively control what is in focus.  This will allow you to take very unique pictures with a whole new view on the world

The Lensbaby is totally manual and has no electronic control from the camera so the camera will have to be in Mode M (total manual).

All I can say about these is WOW!  They are that good and good fun.  It took me about five minutes to get used to the basics and after about 1 hour I was taking some great weird and wonderful pictures.  Have a quick search around the web and read the reviews.  Every one that has used one gives them very good praise.

I have tried to give you an idea of the type of picture achievable below.

The LensBaby Original comes complete with Aperture rings (F2.8, F4.0, F5.6, F8.0), aperture ring fitting tool and manual.
