Postage & Packaging
Please see below for this item's individual postage and packaging rate. The item will be dispatched by first class recorded post. Items are generally dispatched between 1 and 3 working days after the close of the auction. If the item is too big or heavy to be sent first class, it will be dispatched by Royal Mail's parcel service. Due to an increasing number of fraud cases all parcels are dispatched with a tracking number (this does cost slightly more, but is now a necessity). Postal insurance is mandatory for all items costing over £100 - insurance is charged at a flat £2.00 per item. Royal Mail will usually deliver within 1-3 days. But please allow up to 7 days for delivery before making contact.

This is a UK only auction. International bids are not accepted - sorry (please see below for details).

All item descriptions are accurate to the best of ability and are written in good faith, photographs are shown as a graphical representation of the item for auction. By bidding on the auction, you enter into a legally binding contract, which you are obliged to complete, failure to do so may result in consequences derogatory to the process. Please take the time to read the item’s individual descriptions and other information and study the photo(s). This way disputes can be avoided further down the line. Please do not assume anything - just because the item may look the same as the one you need, it may not necessarily be compatible. In all cases please check the part number (if available) to ensure compatibility of the item(s) and read the description very carefully. All items are clearance and therefore as such refunds will not be given for mistaken purchase - i.e. the description was not read properly and the item turns out not to be compatible. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances - i.e. an unseen fault with the item. Please note a 25% re-stocking fee may apply to some returns, but this will depend on each individual case. Items may be subject to additional to described, unavoidable storage marks. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable, if you do not agree, please do not bid. All items are sold as seen without warranty or guarantee, all items must be installed by qualified professionals. Payment/confirmation of payment method must be made within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Failure to do so may result in the voiding on the auction contract and the re-listing of the item.
