- Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. During checkout you will be provided with the option to purchase insurance for your package. If you decline insurance please understand we will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail.
However, if insurance is purchased we will replace or refund the order upon your notification if we can verify from the package tracking number that your item has not been delivered.

- Tracking service is available on the same or next business day after we shipped out your package on USPS.

We guarantee that our products are 100% authentic and brand new. We are all about outstanding customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Please contact us prior to returning an item. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Please e-mail us at returns@leholdings.com "Attn: Returns" in the subject for RA#. Please indicate the RA# on the box .
*Item(s) presented for return must be unscratched, unworn & in original condition with all warranty papers, cases, product packaging and matching serial numbers within 7 business days. We do not sell used eyewear and will not accept used eyewear for return. If all of the above conditions are satisfied - we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.
All exchanges must be equal or more than original purchase For exchanges restocking fee is waved. Please allow 8 business days to process a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping an item to our facility and shipping new item back to customer.
Important! When getting your return ready to ship please include a copy of the original packing slip or PayPal Payment Receipt and detail contact information.
We strongly advise our customers to use a traceable method of shipment for returns.We will not be responsible for any lost packages.
