In order to qualify the price that we beat must be from a seller in the UK who is selling items from stock in the UK. Any additional postage charges or other charges must be taken into account. If the price is from an auction then the auction must be a buy it now auction and the seller must have a feedback of at least 20. If from a website then the site must be reputable and not one that someone has just put together in order to claim on our price promise!

In order to qualify you must call or email to us the auction number or web site address along with all your contact details. Once we have checked the link is valid you will be able to purchase at £5 below the competitors price!

30 Day money back guarantee! - All our items are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return to us in an unused state within 30 days for a refund (except for the postage costs. P&P is non refundable). Items must be returned completely unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned by insured courier at the cost of the customer.

Terms and warranty:

By purchasing from this auction you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Postage costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. All transportation charges relating to the return of goods will be borne to the buyer.
2. Very important - The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems caused by missuse or lack of experience. These are advanced models and we can not be held responsible for damage caused by inexperience.
3 . If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us before returning for details. If your model has been used only the faulty component may be returned which must be first removed from your model.
4 . Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be retuned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final.
6. We are not responsible for any consequential damage or costs.
7. Any item that is returned to us and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.
8. If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of making your payment you must let us know immediately. If we are not informed within 15 days that your item has not arrived we may not be able to make a claim with the courier and send you a new item. If your item is lost by the courier we will put a claim in with them and a new item will be sent once the claim has been paid. Please note this may take a few days and up to 30 days for small items sent by Royal Mail.

DELIVERY

Please see the very top of this page for the postage cost on this item. Large items will be sent the same day by next working day courier if ordered before 2pm. Please note Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Delivery will usually be between 9am and 5.30pm (I'm afraid we can not give an actual time). We can offer a Saturday delivery service but it is an extra £15 on top of the standard postage. If you want to order with Saturday delivery please phone us as this can not be done by email. If nobody is in they will try again the next day and if nobody is in again they will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel from your local depot.

Answers:
1. Yes - we stock spare parts for the advanced models like planes etc which are available from our web site.
2. Yes - It is on our web site under resources.
3. We always reply to emails within 24 hours Mon - Fri. If you do not get a reply it means there is a problem with your or our email so you can simply call us instead.
4. If the product description says their is a choice of colours etc just write your choice in the comments section when making payment.
5. Yes, if you wanted to add something when you go to checkout there is a button that says add charge which you can click on to send extra funds and then in the comments section just say what the funds are for. Alternatively you can call us on 01625 610031.
6. There are no other charges. The auction price plus p&p is the price you will pay. Unlike a lot of other sellers we do not charge extra for paying by credit card. All the prices include VAT.
8. You will receive an email with payment info within 1 hour of making your purchase. This email will be sent to the email address used when bidding. The email is sent automatically to the address supplied by eBay in the winners Confirmation email. Some email filters settings will prevent Nitrotek winners' notification from entering your "In-Box".
