Due to our high speed volume and turnaround of items, different locations of our warehouses and our use of bonded storage we regret we cannot accept any collections of any sort.

Unlike most of our competitors, we use a dedicated courier company (where possible) to ensure the goods reach you in first class condition. They will call first to make an appointment with you. Therefore your goods will not be dispatched until you have provided us with all contact telephone numbers. All deliveries are curbside only and in some instances with larger items you may be required to assist (Health/safety and commonsense!) The courier company will advise before hand.

IMPORTANT!

All delivery breakages must be reported within 48 hours. After this period no negotiations will be entered into.

Piece of mind insurance (PMI): This is possibly the best £4.95 you could ever spend! Whilst we offer standard insurance on our goods from time to time accidents can and do happen and we want to ensure you get your replacment parts quickly. If you opt for PMI we will replace the item whatever the cost or damage as quickly as possible. (excluding negligance & out of the 48 checking period). In all cases (depending on stock) we aim to replace parts within 3-7 days. If you choose not to opt for this then the standard insurance claim will be required and can take up to 30 days.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that buying thorough an Ebay auction you are bound to their terms and conditions. Specifically note that our payment terms are FULL PAYMENT within 3 days of the auction ending, and the goods will be dispatched as per item description. In all cases if the transaction is not completed we charge an admin fee of £19.95 and £4.95 re-stocking fee. This is not negotiable and failure to comply with these T&C's will result in all cases being referred to Ebay to recoup all outstanding costs and possible account suspension!

Our prefered method of payment for a faster tranaction is credit card by telephone. We accept all major credit cards except American express.
