PAYMENT DESCRIPTION
We do not accept cash payment if it is sent through the post.


Goods will not be despatched until payment has been cleared. Customers paying by e-cheque through Paypal should note that these payments are not normally cleared for between 5 and 10 days.

SHIPPING DESCRIPTION
Standard shipping for the single item will be via Royal Mail second class packet service, typically 2 to 3 days, but customers have the option to select Royal Mail first class packet service at checkout.
If bought for a single delivery with other items, the items will be combined into the most cost effective parcel for shipment. We aim to cover our costs for post and packing and not make a profit from it.

RETURN POLICY
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the parcel has clearly been damaged in transit, please keep all the packaging, and notify us immediately.

EXCHANGE OF NON-FAULTY GOODS
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for
exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing
and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on
exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS of NON-FAULTY GOODS FOR REFUND
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a
saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid.
A refund of purchase price less a £5 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is less, will be
refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will
not be refunded.
