14 Days of receipt

Whilst we will do our best to ensure all customers are happy and to this end will endeavour to work with our customers to come to a reasonable agreement, our stated returns policy for legal reasons is that All defects, non-working items, goods damaged in transit and cancellation of sale must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods must be received by us within 14 days to qualify for a full refund.  Additionally, all goods must be intact in its original packaging with all paperwork complete and must be in a resalable state (excluding goods damaged in transit, which may not be resalable, but must still be complete in original packaging with all paperwork). 
 
For goods which are not in a resalable state then an appropriate charge will be made for the decrease in value and these will be assessed on a case by case basis.
 
Whilst this is our stated returns policy, we encourage all our customers to contact us prior to buying an item with any specific questions or special requirements, so that we can ensure the item meets your expectations and to avoid problems and inconvenience. 
 
Additionally, after completion of any sale and/or after receiving the goods, if there are any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact. We advise you to contact us immediately so that we can resolve your issues quickly and reach an appropriate solution.
