Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer.
 All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.




We deliver items in good quality, second user boxes. This means that you may receive your goods in a KitKat or Tetley Tea box :-) Please let us know if you require your goods to be sent in a plain, brand new box. We believe that packaging shouldn't have to cost the earth  


We are a small family business with our office situated some distance from our warehouse. We are more than happy for you to collect your goods, but ask for a payment of £3.50 towards the cost and administration associated with this service. 


Some items are sent through Parcel Force 24. This is a 24 hour service (weekdays) from the date we despatch, not the date you order.



Please note P+P maybe higher if delivery is over water which includes BT, JE and IM postcodes. Delivery to the following postcodes will incur an extra £6 charge: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
