All these items are either customer returns, damaged packaging or end of line. They have all been sorted and are all ok. Customers usually return items under the retailers policy for one of 2 reasons They bought the wrong item or they have minor damage, retailers are not allowed to resell the items and therefore we buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers There are to many to list individually so please be aware that they may have minor damage i.e. a small scratch or Chip somewhere or may be missing a small part (we do check and most of them will have all the parts however we do occasionally miss something minor i.e. a fixing bracket which are standard items and easily obtainable).  As stated there are too many to list individually so if you are the sort of person who cant live with a small scratch please go to the retailer and buy one at full price, however if you can please feel free to buy it now.

Grading system

We grade all of the items as follows

A No visible damage on any of the faces that will be seen all fitting included as far as we can tell (not valves) Please note these may have very very minor blemishes which are not obvious when we inspect them.

B Minimum damage i.e. small scratches or chips on paint easily touched in might not have brackets which are easily obtained from any DIY store (most will have brackets)

C  More damaged than B may have been fitted must be viewed prior to purchase. May not have fixing brackets

 The grades are done as honestly as possible but they are our interpretation of our system

We do not accept returns for cosmetic damage on these items if they are as described when delivered.
