Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. How do I return a product?

   3. Please include as much information regarding the request as possible and as directed.
   4. Click Submit. Our customer services team will pick this up and reply within 24 hours of you submitting this (Excludes Weekends and Holidays)
   5. You will be directed to the best returns option for you at this point and we will make it as stress free as possible.

Please note the following:

    * Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
    * For reasons of health and hygiene any mattress, sofa bed or divan that has been unwrapped will be deemed as used and cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
    * For Clothing returns, please return the products using 2nd class post. If, for any reason, this is not available, please call Customer Services on 01294 204004, who will arrange for the product to be collected by our couriers. Please Note there may be a cost associated with this option.
