 The vehicle used to deliver our items is a 7.5 tonne lorry and will fit down most streets/lanes if this will pose a problem with regards to access to your property please notify us by phone on 01204 531234 prior to payment.   

• We use a pallet service to deliver our items. The company we use will contact you direct to arrange a delivery day / time.
• When delivery takes place, the driver is allocated a 15 minute slot for every drop he does so that you have time to open and fully check the item for any damage during transit. DO NOT under any circumstance sign for this item without being able to open and FULLY check it. This means taking off ALL the packaging and checking the item ALL OVER. If the driver claims he cannot wait for you to check the item then you must clearly refuse to sign for the item. He cannot leave the item without a signature.
• If you sign for the item as ok and acceptable then any damage noticed afterwards cannot be claimed for.
  Customer service is very important to us but it is your responsibility to sign for the item correctly.
• If there is damage, then please sign for it as damaged.
• You will then need to contact us so that we can arrange for it to be collected. Unfortunately the driver is not authorised to take a damaged item away with him (silly we know, but we don’t make the rules). If you have any questions whatsoever about our returns policy please don’t hesitate to contact us.
• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THE ITEM IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED.

·   IMPORTANT: The driver cannot help you unpack or carry your goods into your house or up/ down stairs etc... due to insurance purposes. Please ensure someone is available to help you with your delivery if you so require it.

·  All Goods must be paid for within 3 working days after auction has ended. If you are sending a cheque this must be received within 5 working days after auction has ended.

All Goods paid for by credit card or debit card do not incurr any additional charges, please feel free to contact our sales office to arrange preffered payment method.

·  Paypal e-cheques can take upto 10 working days to clear , again if paying by this method we can only deliver to CONFIRMED paypal address.If collecting this must also be done in person.

·  All Goods paid for by PayPal are delivered to CONFIRMED PayPal address ONLY, please ensure you have a confirmed PayPal address if you intend paying by this method. If you want your item delivered to a different address please contact us on the above number prior to payment.
