The majority of Items will be posted by 1^st Class Mail, the only exception to this are high value items, which I prefer to send by ‘Recorded Delivery’. Listings will clearly state which service is being used.

Should any buyers wish to have an item sent by ‘Special Delivery Next Day’ before 1pm, then please contact me, and I will be happy to provide a price for this service, and add it to the listing, or invoice if preferred

Once payment has been made for an item, it will be posted out the next working day, an email will be sent to you confirming that this has been done.

Items brought on either Friday evening or over the weekend, will be posted on the Monday morning, followed by an email confirming this has been done later in the day

If for any reason there is a delay in posting, I will contact you by email informing you that this is the case as soon as possible.

The item’s weight is entered into the ‘Postage Estimator’ on the ‘Sell your Item’ page, or in the ‘Price Finder’ at the ‘Royal Mails’ website, along with the size.

The price that I am given is rounded up by pennies, this is purely to making calculation a little quicker

Items are wrapped to ensure their safe arrival, using the appropriate packing materials. My postage costs are not inflated in anyway, to compensate for how much packaging an item needs  I do not make charges for the any time it may have taken to pack the item or deliver it to the post office.

Therefore based on the above information I feel that my postage costs are fair. Should you feel that you might have been overcharged for postage when this item arrives, please contact me and I will make every effort to resolve this matter.
