Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or with any PayPal accepted credit cards. All our prices include VAT and a full VAT invoice can be supplied if requested.

Postage can usually be combined if you purchase more than one item; please contact us for a quote.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the sale. If you anticipate delays in payment, please contact us to let us know.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty goods, please contact us to arrange for a replacement and to send the faulty item back to us. You will be fully reimbursed for the return postage cost and the replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.

If you change your mind within 7-days of receipt of the goods, please contact us. We will accept the goods back and issue a refund. The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs.

Delivery

Collections are not permitted. Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. Royal Mail is our carrier. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will normally be dispatched Monday.

If goods are lost in transit, they can only be declared lost by Royal Mail on the 15th working day after posting. After this period we will be able to make a claim with the Royal Mail and we can then refund your payment.

Please be aware it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address. If goods become lost due to an incorrect address, we will not be held liable and no replacement item will be sent.
