Safely Slices, dices and juliennes the full range of fruit and vegetables.

This model includes the ' safety hat' holder which holds the fruit or vegetable to be cut and progressively feeds it into the cutters. This keeps your hands and fingers a\way form the cutters, holds awkwardly shaped items and provides an even cut every time.

A range of cutters allows for different thickness of cut and an insert is provided which covers the v blade when the mandolin is not in use.

This is the genuine Borner product which has an RRP of £40.00
