Here is a delightful and Very Pretty Hand Painted Plate made by Booths. It is in the Dovedale Pattern.
The backstamp (see photo) was in use from1912 to 1930, so this plate probably falls between the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods
It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. the colours of deep blue, rust and gold are very vibrant.
It measures approximately 7 1/2 inches (190 mms) ) in diameter.
This will make a delightful cabinet piece or as a replacement for an existing collection.
