The Book of Pleasure (Self-Love) is seen by many as the core of Austin Spare's magical philosophy and his most important and influential work. It covers his work with sigils as a means of controlling the subconscious mind, the creation of a personal magical alphabet and the practice of the Death Posture. This edition is a facsimile (in a reduced format) of the original 1913 edition and is an affordable way of owning one of Spare's most famed works.
