Book - Puch Automobile 1900-1990

A new hardback book with German text published in 2007 by Weishaupt of Austria. The 296 page book gives a comprehensive history of the Austrian car manufacturer Puch and Steyr-Puch, with 20 colour photos and 346 b/w photos.

The book looks at the origins of Puch: Puch vehicles from 1900-1928; Steyr-Puch cars from 1957 to 1976 - 500, 500 D/DL, 650 T/TR, Kombi, Cabriolet, 500 S, 700 C/E; Rallying and Ciruit racing; Steyr-Puch Haflinger; Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer; later associations with Mercedes (G-Class), VW & Fiat; and Prototypes. In addition, for Steyr-Puch, there are 48 pages of technical tables and details, including production records.

Overall, this book would make a valuable addition to the enthusiast's collection.
