Bonwitco "With" 400 unsinkable fishing boat 40hp engine

Here we have my trusty bonwitco with 400 open unsinkable boat. Got so much to say about this boat but i will tell you what you need to know. By always ask any questions.

Ive owned this boat for years. I sold the boat 10 yrs ago and missed it that much i bought it back. But due to work i fish mostly in the winter now and need more shelter as this is an open boat. So selling due to having a new boat. Last yr i spent a few wks restoring the boat. Its not its original gel coat but is painted in blakes hi quality marine boat paint. In the colour sand. I will try to tell you the condition of this boat to the best of my knowledge so not to fool anyone that the boats new. The boats not new but the only few marks are where the trailer rollers have rubbed the keel and removed some paint nr the bow. It has its original alluminium keel, The floor has a black none slip paint. The trailer is a quality steel homemade roller coaster trailer painted in primer and a high glossed smootherite paint.Cost £440 to build and has road suspension.The transom woodwork has a number of holes drilled due to a differant engines being on the back in the past.BEARINGS CAN BE REPLACED TO ENSURE A SAFE TOW on the trailer. Inside the boat is a home made storage box which is also a seat, a home made anchor storage compartment in the bow which is also the best place to spread out on them sunny days. The engine is a 1974 johnson 40hp engine which is actualy in bits at the moment awaiting me to service it. Ive got all the parts and impellor and gear box oil to do this, but just not the time!! The engine comes with 3 props. All thats needed to complete the service is the engine clamps which I have not purchased yet but are available from Johnson/evinrude stockists

Im willing to sell the boat without the engine if people prefer. Just boat and trailer. PICK UP ONLY AND CASH ON COLLECTION.

The boat has a set of oars,fiishfinder,strap to secure the boat while towing,anchor and rope,oar locks,tin of blakes paint in sand colour. if i think of any more i will add them later

The boat has steering wheel position and control cables and control box. HAD TO RELIST DUE TO A TIME WASTER!!!! PLEASE DONT BOTHER WITH A BID IF NOT INTERESTED PLEASE! ITS WASTING MY TIME!! THANKS!!

Ive been out in some terrible sea conditions in this boat and the boat handles very well. The steering position keeps the bow down when at full power. Capable of 22 to 24 knots with a 40hp engine. Bonwitco reccomend a maximum of a longshaft 50hp on this 15 ft model. The boats advetised else where so have the right to remove if sold elsewhere. I AM A 100 PERCENT EBAYER.

The beam of this boat is 5ft 2" and the length is approx 14ft 9". Had a few questions stateing that its 12ft or 13ft. It is not,it is approx 14ft 9" in length. Thankyou.
