Payment details:

We accept CREDIT and DEBIT cards, cheques (made payable to Campkins Future Vision), Paypal or pay on collection from our shop in Cambridge.

Postage - UK:

We normally use Royal Mail RECORDED/SPECIAL DELIVERY for UK shipping.   (Insurance not available on Recorded Delivery service.)I am responsible for despatch of items but NOT delivery that is down to the courier/postal services and delays can occur,especially when sent overseas.Items that are returned to me marked not called for will be subject to a re-delivery charge

Postage - Overseas:

We normally use AIRMAIL or AIRSURE unless the item is too big/heavy.

UK shipping £7; European shipping £12; Worldwide £15 unless otherwise stated.

P&P costs include handling; insurance NOT included unless otherwise stated. Heavy, bulky and/or expensive items can be costly to ship abroad especially via air, if required please ask for quote.Postage charges are as stated and NOT for negotiation but I will combine shipping as long as purchases are within 7 days of first purchase.If payment not received within 7 days a non paying bidder dispute will be opened.

Returns policy:

In the unlikely event of the item not arriving as described, please contact us on +44 1223 364950.  It is the buyers' responsibility to return the item.
