The Body Sizer Tape Measure

Stylish and specially designed to help with ease of measurement.  Sturdy vinyl tape makes it long lasting.  Push-button retraction and locking feature ensure snug measurement and superior accuracy.  Simple to use: Pull the end of the tape around any body part that you want to measure (pressing the button in the center will make it easier to pull).  Place the rod at the end of the tape into the circular slot.  Press the button in the center and let the tape retract to a snug fit.  Read and record your measurement on the outer edge of the tape measure (the end opposite the locked in rod).  Watch your improvement!

It is widely recommended that you don't just rely on the scales to record your weight loss when on a diet but to also record your body measurements.

This can be very useful in order to chart your progress in lost centimetres as well as pounds as it can also provide an additional incentive if the pounds aren’t coming off as quickly as you would like.

It is advisable to take your measurements once a month and try to ensure that they are taken at roughly the same time of day each month.  You can then make a note of each measurement and have an accurate reference point to check back on your progress from time to time.
