mybodybuildingsuperstore prides itself on delivering a fast efficient service, so we use a several different couries and services to enable us to do this. 

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured but tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: If you want your delivery guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm, you can select this option for Royal Mail's special delivery service. 
 
ANC couriers generally require a signature. The following time specific options are available:

ANC 48hr - This service should take two working days, but occasionally may take an extra day or may arrive a day early.

Fast way Couriers (the fastest growing courier network in the UK) also require a signature, we use this for most heavy items within the UK.  

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. 

It is very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. This will depend on the delivery option that you select. 95% of our orders will be delivered within 48 hours (1 -2 days) unless you pay for guaranteed next day service. These will be with you the next working day when order before 2.00pm. 

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?
A: We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and Creatine up to 2kg. These should arrive with you at your normal “Post Man” delivery time. For larger items over 2kg we use Fast way couriers or ANC Couriers; they operate between 9.00am and 8.00pm at night. 

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address?, do I need to sign for it?
A: Yes you can, most of customer takes advantage of this. Alternatively you can request on the shopping cart for you supplements to be left safe with a neighbough. Yes all items do have to be signed for. 

Q. Do you ship outside of the uk?
A: Yes we ship outside of the uk, however shipping charges may be different, please contact us at ebay@mybodybuildingsuperstore.com

Should the buyer not be satisfied then they must inform mybodybuildingsuperstore within 7 days of receiving the item.  Items must be returned and received by mybodybuildingsuperstore in the same condition as they were received (ie in saleable condition).  Any damaged items or shortfall in items will result in a non payment of refund/swap.  All returned items must be returned, at the buyers cost, within 30 days of them being sent in the first instance by mybodybuildingsuperstore. All items recived in a damaged condition must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery otherwise a claim and refund cannot be made.
