TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment.

The winning bidder must make contact or complete checkout within 3 days of the auction ending and all payments must be received within 7 days.Payment must be made within 7 days or goods will be relisted and negative feedback left. UK BUYERS - UK sterling cheque, UK sterling postal order and PAYPAL accepted. Cheques(UK Only) must be cleared before goods are sent.(this can take 5 -7 days) PAYPAL payment is preferred for UK buyers. NON UK BUYERS - PAYPAL is the ONLY method of payment for international buyers.

Multiple Purchases.

Buyers can combine purchases for up to 7 days. Please EMAIL BEFORE completing Checkout and a combined invoice will be sent for your purchases.

Postage and Packing.

All items have a proof of posting.Items are sent promptly once payment has cleared. The seller is not responsible for items that go missing or lost in the post. UK Postage - Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class (unless otherwise stated or alternative chosen).1st class standard (recorded on a certificate of posting), or recorded delivery (which must be signed for) available for UK buyers. Please note that items will only be insured in the post if you pay for Recorded Delivery. INTERNATIONAL Postage - Delivery available to Europe and Worldwide with standard airmail or International signed for service. Please note that all items have a proof of posting but that the item will only be insured in the post if you pay for International signed for delivery

Returns and Refunds.

I hope all my customers are happy with their purchases. In the unlikely event of any problems PLEASE EMAIL me and I will endeavour to resolve them. Please consider this prior to leaving any feed back, as most difficulties can be sorted out. Returns are only accepted where the item is damaged,faulty beyond any predescribed fault or substantially not as described. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be AGREED IN ADVANCE.Replacement/refund will take place once the item has been received in its ORIGINAL condition. The buyer must pay the return postage, only the cost of the item will be refunded.(Proof of Posting Recommended).
