All items, unless otherwise specified, are new and guaranteed and as such will be replaced at our cost should they not be as described. Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit will be replaced provided the delivery company has been informed of the damage on the day of delivery. If a suitable replacement is not available we will refund the cost of the item and any delivery charges incurred by the buyer providing they return the items by a method specified by us at the time. CDs and DVDs will only be replaced if faulty and non-playable. Goods purchased in error will be accepted for refund at our discretion but will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 30%. If you wish to return an unwanted item you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will not refund any of the postage costs incurred in this instance. |
