  Description

Vintage ceramic wall pocket,features 2 bluebirds at front,handpainted in bright yellow & dark blue;3" high,measures 3 1/8" across at widest point,opening is 1 1/2" wide,with hole for hanging;marked on reverse 'Made In Japan',somewhat rough manufacture,may be postwar item circa 1940s/50.Condition is good-vg,larger bird missing beak,some set-in soil from storage,otherwise clean & undamaged,nice bright colors.
