RETURNING GOODS
Should you need to return any item for any reason please contact us on 01543 493149 or email us at sales@bikes4all.co.uk for a returns number and advising the reason for the return.
Items returned for either a Refund of the 'But-it-Now' Price or Exchange must be received back at our offices within 14 days of your receipt of your goods.
Unsuitable items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please enclose a letter giving your name, address and the reason for return together with the returns number and advise as what action you wish us to take.
Please Note: DVD’s cannot be returned if they have been opened, only if they are still in the cellophane wrapping.
In the case of faulty goods. Please enclose a letter giving your name, address and the reason for return together with the returns number and advise as what action you wish us to take.
Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 25% restocking charge.
Bikes 4 All are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) |
