Upon receipt please check all items immediately. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. All items must be returned within 14 working days unused and with the original packaging.  We can then arrange a refund or exchange. We do not exchange or refund on items returned after 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after 24 hours of receipt. When returning we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. With the exception of faulty items or error on our part, returned postage cannot be refunded and refunds cannot be made until the goods have been received.
