All items have to be returned and received back by me within 7 DAYS of RECEIPT if in the UK or 14 DAYS of RECEIPT if overseas. 

Please note that buy now items can be returned for a refund but items won on auction can only be exchanged or a store credit given.

All Items have to be returned as received in original condition with tags attatched ( if item has tags ) and in original packaging , on hanger if was received on on and unworn ( not smelling of smoke , perfume or cooking )

ITEMS WON ON AUCTION : DO NOT fill out a returns form for auction items as they are non refundable. Items won on auction CAN ONLY be exchanged or a store credit given. Store credit lasts 6 months from date of return and you have to email me the item number , you DO NOT bid or use the buy now. Postage is payable on exchange or when store credit is given even if the item is advertised with free postage. Any postage costs paid are non refundable.
