Inspired by Egyptian Style collars this necklace & earrings set is made with rich blue Lapis Lazuli, Gold Vermeil* curved beads & Swarovski Crystals (Dark Sapphire shade). The ear wires are Gold Vermeil also (Pierced ears only).
Definitely in the "Extra Special" category I just couldn't believe how blue these Lapis Lazuli beads were when I saw them..............
The stones are in a "fan" shape with Gold Vermeil and Swarovski Crystals in between. The sides of the necklace are made with lovely Gold Vermeil tubes.

Good for all year round in this fantastic shade - The colour is set off by the glow of the Gold Vermeil curved beads.
As well as being a truly beautiful colour (the Egyptians called Lapis Lazuli the "Stone of Heaven" because of it's intense blue colour). Lapis Lazuli is good for depression and helping the wearer find wisdom and truth. It has also been known as the friendship stone making this a particularly suitable stone for a gift.
The Swarovski crystals enhance the blue further and add some sparkle!
The longest of the beads in the fan is 2.5 cm (nearly an inch) so although striking the overall look is still quite delicate.
The sides are slim too ...
The necklace measures nearly 17" (41m) but can be extended by a further 2" (5cm) because of the extender chain fitted.
The Gold Vermeil Clasp is very pretty - note that the extender chain is ordinary Gold Plated.
The extender chain features the Costume Drama trademark "dangle" with Lapis Lazuli & more Swarovski crystals.
The earrings are slim and elegant featuring more gold beads and have a drop of just 1.75"(4cm) The ear wires are very elegant and Gold Vermeil (so pierced ears only).
