Deep Green Blue Turquoise earrings made with Chrysocolla (which has been stabilised - that is resin is added to make the stone harder, in it's natural state Chrysocolla is very soft). To highlight the deep green blue colour I have added large Swarovski Crystals in a shade called "Blue Zircon" all contrasting with pure bright copper......
The ear wires are pure copper and handmade in a graceful "Bali" style. (pierced ears only)
Chrysocolla balances the emotions and eases tension. It is also said to enhance creativity...... you Chrysocolla fans out there will know all about the rich mix of blues and greens in the stone... there are also flashes of black which means the stone works well with black clothes too.
Here you can see how the crystals add to the depth & richness of the colour...
The earrings have an elegant long drop of over 1.75" (4.5cm). The beads are about 1/3" or 8mm at their widest point so a little chunky!
