1.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time up to the end of 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.2 In the event of faulty goods they must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
1.3 To exercise your right of cancellation, and for your return to be processed you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). 
1.4 To obtain the RMA you must give written notice by post or email at returns@thegadgetchest.co.uk giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Once we have received a letter or email of intent to return goods a returns address will be provided with the RMA.
1.5 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.6 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.1 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used
in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed.


The provisions of this clause 1.6 do not affect your statutory rights
